One Italy milling machine manufacturer needed to buy some chillers to
cool 8KW spindle. Based on the recommendation provided by S&A, the
Italian customer selected S&A CW-5300 chiller with the cooling
capacity of 1,800W and the temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃, which
is sufficient to meet the cooling requirement of 8KW spindle. The
customer placed an order of 6 sets of chillers immediately. Thanks for
the great trust of S&A for the initial cooperation. There are three
transportation methods provided by S&A, i.e. shipping, land
transportation and air transportation, and the customer chose the land
transportation according to their own situation.
In respect of production, S&A has invested the production equipment
of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of
processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to
the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A has set up
logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced
the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and
improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the
warranty period is two years.
