Exposure machine has been widely applied in semiconductor, microelectronics, biomolecular devices and nanotechnology field. The light source system that includes UV lamp, lamp cover, transformer (ballast) and capacitor (trigger) in the exposure machine must be cooled with an industrial water chiller during the operation. The equipment heat mainly originates from the heat produced by the ballast and the UV lamp. The higher the Uv lamp power is, the more the heat will be generated. As a result, the higher the cooling capacity will be required.
