I. Improve the ventilation in the operational environment of the industrial water chiller, and make sure that the industrial water chiller will run in an environment below 40℃.
II. Clean the accumulated dust in the industrial water chiller. Users might clean the dust in the water chiller condenser with an air gun or remove the dust screen to clear the accumulated dust.
III. Never start the industrial water chiller frequently, if the process of refrigeration is slow. The refrigeration won’t be achieved unless the water chiller has run for more than five minutes.
IV. Periodically replace the cooling water on a three-month basis. Make sure to use the clean distilled water or purified water as the cooling water.
