The welding gun must be cooled after the welding machine has been
operated for a long time. Most of us have known it very well. However
one of our customers, Mr. Luo has come to consult us about which model
of water chiller is suitable for the cooling of welding machine power
source. As I had known very little about this, I immediately asked for
the information from my colleague in the sales department of S&A.
The company of Mr. Luo is specialized in the production of autonomous
robots, electric machines, motors and refrigeration compressors etc. The
company has purchased the MIYACHI production line from Japan, including
two welding machines, where heat generated within the power source must
be cooled as high temperature will affect the performance of welding
machine. The technician from the company of Mr. Luo finally appointed
the purchase of S&A CW-5200 water chiller to cool down the power
supply of MIYACHI welding machine.
The water chiller will be delivered to them in these days. Happening to
stay in Guangzhou, I shall go with our technicians to the factory of Mr.
Luo for equipment debugging.
