S&A received a phone call from Ms. Peng, who told us that CW-5200 water chiller they had purchased was received with packaging integrity and had been used for the cooling of their resistance welding machine. This was because that when we began to communicate, Ms. Peng got to know that 10mm high speed adapter was used for S&A CW-5200 water chiller. She casually mentioned that they might be using 12mm quick adapter, but she didn’t require S&A to provide a quicker adapter.
