Teyu (S&A) Chiller Offers Heating Rods Based on Client’s Demands

One research institute in Xi'an contacted S&A to buy CW-6200AH chiller, which is intended to be applied to the metal 3D printer cooling experiments, and other requirements raised by the institute are as follows: 1) Able to cool 1,500W fiber laser (which is applied to the metal 3D printers); with large pump flow of up to 18M; 2) the heating rod shall be equipped. S&A recommended S&A CW-6200AI chiller, which meets the requirements raised by the research institute. This chiller is characterized by the cooling capacity of 5,100W, the temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C, and the maximum pump head of 25 meters, in addition to the heating rod equipped.
Why the heating rod is necessary for the chiller? This is because the client comes from Xi'an, where the temperature in winter will be relatively low (freezing might occur), which will affect the start of the chiller. The heating rod can be used to heat the chiller to ensure normal operation. P.S.: When does the heating rod start? When the temperature of the cooling water is 0.1℃ less than the temperature set, the heating rod starts working.
