the resistance welding. During his operation, Mr. Chen put forward the
question that why the maximum temperature of S&A CW-5200 chiller can
only be adjusted to 28 ℃, and the minimum temperature could drop to 15
℃, when S&A chiller clearly indicates that the temperature can be
set with the range of 5-35 ℃.
S&A chiller CW-5200 has two temperature control modes: intelligent
and constant temperature. In Mr. Chen's situation, it is estimated that
it is intelligent temperature control mode. In the intelligent mode, the
temperature of the chiller depends on the ambient temperature. It will
automatically adjust to 2 degrees lower than the ambient temperature,
that is, when the room temperature is 30 degrees, the water temperature
is automatically adjusted to 28 degrees.
Warm reminder: in constant temperature mode, the water temperature can
be set to 5-35 degrees, but the setting temperature of the chiller is
related to the chiller’s cooling capacity and the heating capacity of
cooling equipment, which deepens on whether the cooling capacity of the
chiller equipped matches with the heating capacity of cooling equipment.
