Within 20 years since its foundation, Laserline company, which is
located at Muelheim-Kaerlich of Koblenz in Germany, has been always
keeping the position of technical leader and continuing to expand in the
R&D processes of its products worldwide. Its products has been used

semi-conductor laser, cladding and 3D printing. In July, 2017, after the
Laser World of Photonics， S&A team visited the headquarter of
Laserline, the semi-conductor laser company, with the investigation
group of Guangdong Laser Association. The strict production workshop,
the controlling of products’ quality and the proper pace with the time
of Laserline deserve to be learned by S&A.
A customer from Danyang used lasers of Laserline for laser cladding
quenching, which needed to be cooled by water chillers. After acquiring
detailed information from the customer, S&A recommended CW-6300
water chiller to cool 3000W Laserline laser. With up to 8500W cooling
capacity and ±1℃ precisely temperature controlling, S&A CW-6300
double-temperature water chiller can meet the cooling requirements of
3000W laser. There are two temperature controlling modes of S&A
CW-6300 water chiller: one is constant mode, which is often set as 25℃
and the temperature can be adjusted by hand based on users’ needs; the
other is smart temperature controlling mode, under which controlling
parameters do not need to be adjusted because the water temperature can
be automatically adjusted by water chillers based on room temperature
changes to ensure to meet cooling requirements of equipment.
In production, S&A has invested millions of producing equipment and
made checks at all levels for a series of procedures from condensers,
the core component of industrial water chillers to welding of outer
sheet metal, to ensure the quality; in logistics, S&A has set
logistics warehouses in main cities all over the nation which has
greatly reduced damages of goods caused by long transportation of
logistics and increased transporting efficiency; in after-sale services,
