One of our customers from Chengdu wishes to order a water chiller to cool their semiconductor packaging equipment. This Chengdu customer that is mainly engaged in the provision of advanced packaging solution to the users, requires the cooling of semiconductor packaging equipment below 40℃ with a cooling capacity of 6KW-8KW.
According to the customer’s requirement, we recommend S&A CW-6300 water chiller, which has a cooling capacity of up to 8.5KW with ±1℃ precisely temperature control.
Also S&A CW-6300 water chiller has the following features:
1. Two temperature control modes in the intelligent temperature controller applicable to different occasions with multiple setting and fault display functions;
2. Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection; compressor overcurrent protection; water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm;
3. Compliant with multi-nation power supply specifications, CE certification, RoHS certification and REACH certification;
4. Support ModBus-485 communication;
5. Heater and water-purification configuration are optional
PS: T507 temperature controller is adopted in S&A CW-6300 water chiller. Supporting modbus communication protocol, T-507 is fully functioned and can realize the communication between the laser system and multiple water chillers. It can achieve the following two major functions: the monitoring on the working status of water chiller and the modification of water chiller parameters.
As the center of an industrial water chiller, the quality of condenser is of great importance. S&A has invested millions of money in the condenser production equipment and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc. to secure the quality of condenser. Also with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller.
