S&A CW-5200 water chiller is used to cool 8W-10W Huaray circuit board UV laser cutting machine

UV solid-state laser cutting machine has been widely applied in PCB circuit board cutting and splitting, rigid-flex PCB cutting, SMT board splitting, FPC flex circuit cutting, rigid-flex PCB cutting and FPC cover film cutting etc.
UV laser cutting machine is rather costly and the price starts from about RMB 5-60000 Yuan. Therefore it’s necessary to pay more attention to the equipment maintenance. It’s half of success in maintaining UV laser cutting machine when a good industrial chiller plant with higher temperature control precision is chosen.
