S&A water chiller facilitates Inno (optical) UV laser to achieve constant temperature for longer ser

One of our customers, Mr. Guo who is mainly engaged in the provision of customized glass screen, or mobile phone touch screen for the mobile phone manufacturers, had used CNC+diamond cutter for the cutting at the very start. However the direct contact with the glass screen would easily lead to the cracking of glass screen with a rough cutting edge, and thus resulted in a low production yield, which was just around 65%.   
Such a yield has led to a reduction in profit due to the significant increase of the glass screen consumables. After having an understanding from multiple channels, Mr. Guo chose Inno 15W UV solid-state laser to produce and process touch screens. The UV laser solid cutting machine can achieve a yield of up to 98% with good cutting quality, small deformation, smooth and beautiful appearance.    
As a certain amount of heat will be generated during the operation of the UV laser cutting machine, it’s necessary to match it with a water cooling equipment. Then S&A recommends CW-5200 water chiller to Mr. Guo for the cooling of Inno (optical) 15W solid-state UV laser cutting machine.
