Currently, UV-LED exposure machine featured with high exposure accuracy, stable performance and long service life has been mainly applied to the manufacture of PCB circuit board, the semiconductor production and the high precision fine line exposure.
This Taiwanese customer is mainly engaged in the development and production of UVLED exposure machine with the R&D division located in Taipei, the factory in Kunshan and a branch office established in Guangzhou. The Taiwanese customer called S&A, wishing to have a better understanding of the parameters of S&A water chiller to find a proper water chiller model for the cooling of their branded UVLED exposure machine. S&A explained in detail the various technologies and performances of water chiller, and recommended several types of water chillers that suited their UVLED exposure machine to the customer.
Finally, this Taiwanese customer chose 10 sets of S&A CW-6300 water chillers and 62 sets of CW-5200 water chillers that just could be held in a 20' container. So cool this customer is! They had purchased a whole container of water chillers the first time they placed the order. As this Taiwanese customer also establishes a branch office in Guangzhou, they can know more about S&A. With large production scale, S&A has received high comments on both of the quality and after-sales service in the industry. Moreover, the professionalism of S&A can be experienced during the detailed communication on the technology of water chiller. Hence there’s nothing to worry about although it’s the first time for them to place the order. The customer directly placed the order for 72 sets of water chillers that could be held in a full container to facilitate the transportation when they were in the need of them. We really feel thankful for the customer’s support and trust in S&A.
For the center of an industrial water chiller---condenser, S&A has invested millions of money in the equipment for the production and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc to secure the quality of condenser. Meanwhile, with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which also has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller. With the introduction of IPG fiber laser cutting machine for the cutting of external metal plates on the water chiller and the punching of holes on the machine parts, it has not only improved the work efficiency and technology, but also enhanced the appearance of S&A water chillers.
