Mr. Huang from Beijing has just purchased an S&A CW-5200 water chiller to cool their 2400W UV-LED light source that consists of 6 modules for printing purpose.
As a refrigeration type water chiller, S&A CW-5200 water chiller has up to 1400W cooling capacity with ±0.3℃ precisely temperature control. Small in size, it’s easy to operate with a long service life. S&A CW-5200 water chiller has two temperature control modes: 1. the constant temperature control mode; 2. the intelligent temperature control mode. As generally it’s very hot in summer, we suggest the customer switching the temperature control mode into the intelligent temperature control mode on the water chiller so that the water chiller can automatically regulate the cooling water temperature with the change of the ambient temperature without the need of artificial monitoring.
For the center of an industrial water chiller---condenser, S&A has invested millions of money in the equipment for the production and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc to secure the quality of condenser. Meanwhile with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller. Also with the introduction of IPG fiber laser cutting machine for the cutting of external metal plates on the water chiller and the punching of holes on the machine parts, it has not only improved the work efficiency and technology, but also enhanced the appearance of S&A water chillers.
