Customers use multiple S&A CW-5200 water chillers to cool UV laser marking machines

Employers of S&A are willing to learn and understand customers' needs, and so we visited a UV laser marking machine manufacturer of Shenzhen.
During the visit, we were told by Mr. Chen from the manufacturer that UV marking machines they produced were mainly used for mobile phone producing manufacturers. The powers used by UV lasers mainly concentrated on 3W and 5W, and UV lasers were cooled by S&A CW-5200 water chillers. With up to 1400W cooling capacity and 0.3℃ precisely temperature controlling, S&A CW-5200 water chiller can meet cooling requirements of UV laser marking machines.
Mr. Chen also said that he was very satisfied with two of designs of S&A water chillers:
1.The designs of two hands on the top and wheels at the bottom of S&A CW-5200 water chiller were very reasonable, which was convenient to change positions of water chillers, leading by hand or moving on wheels directly.
2.The wire wound-filters of S&A water chillers had good filtering effects. They once replaced other filters but found that they produced batt and were clogged easily. (PS: Wire-wound filter element is adopted by S&A, which belongs to industrial level and does not easy to produce batt.)
Thanks for Mr. Chen's appreciation for S&A. Mr. Chen also knew about using details and daily maintenance of water chillers which could also improve the cooling effects and extend service life of water chillers.
